Refund & Return Policy
Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Captain Sports. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. After 7 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product hasn’t been used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To initiate a return, contact us at info@captainsports.lk with your receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will provide instructions on where to send returned products.
3. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
If your return is due to a Captain Sports error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide a replacement product, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
